Good day community, as the most careful of you pointed out, we had recently dropped the Pixel 4a 5G from our offer; the reason behind this is that the device is now of a certain age, and there are plenty of newer models that can be degoogled instead.

We received, however, repeated requests to have the device back in our lineup - the Pixel 4a proves, to date, to be the most popular budget device so far.

We like to listen to the requests and suggestions we receive, and hence we added this device back to our offering.

With all that said, we do highlight to any potential buyer of the Pixel 4a 5G that this model is now labelled as "Extended Support" by the Graphene OS project; this will mean that updates of the operating system for the Pixel 4a 5G will last only up to a certain point in the future.

Once the updates are over you will be able to keep on using the device normally for many months, even years, but you will get error messages like this one:

Graphene no update

The screenshot above is taken from a Pixel 3 (blueline) that is already out of extended support. It is to prove to you that after extended support the phone works no problem, it just stops updating.

We hope you will find this helpful, do reach us at info@de-googled.com if you have questions.
