Where we ship

We ship worldwide, wherever companies like FedEx, UPS, DHL or similar couriers allow us to ship.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over 400 USD. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Processing and delivery time

We hold a certain level of inventory, but phones are not degoogled in advance: the installation is performed made to order. We usually ship a phone 3 to 5 days after an order is received. Stock levels vary by model, and very recent models may have slightly longer lead times.

Every order ships tracked, and we send the tracking number as soon as the courier collects the parcel.

Taxes and import duties

We do not charge any VAT or Sales Tax on our products. Depending on your location, such taxes and/or import duties may be charged by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
